DVD Creator – An Easy Way To Make DVD’s 1
Tool
There are hundreds of different DVD creators out there for your Mac. Each one is slightly different and offers different features at different prices. The creators of Wondershare DVD Creator approached me to review their DVD creator, I was only to happy to oblige. Did you know that home made burnt DVD’s won’t last more than 5 years, due to the organic dye breaking down? Hopefully this program will last the test of time.
Burn Baby Burn
Like all DVD creators, such as iMovie, the app is designed so you can quickly drag and drop any video files into the program and easily create DVD’s which you can burn and use in an external source. Wondershare is very similar to this. Using the interface you can quickly add all of your video files which you want to burn. As usual in these program you can see how much space you have taken up and the order in which the files will play.
The app is very simple. After opening the program and looking around its interface its clear what each feature does and how it works within the program. Overall there isn’t very many features. However the ones which I used worked blindingly fast. It didn’t take me two seconds to import video files and start playing around with them. Its not designed as a video editing program, but one designed to compile DVD’s.
Conclusion
Overall its very easy to use. Most people would have no problems using this app. However I do feel that the applications supplied by the iLife suit fulfill this role, however you do have to use two apps instead of the one supplied by Wondershare. If you don’t have iLife this application might be useful.
