Validator S.A.C – Validate Your Websites

If you are a web designer of any level, it is always a good idea to have valid code. Simply because it makes you look good as a designer as well as enabling web browsers to display your site correctly. Most of the time you can use the W3C website service, but if you want to save a website tab you can use a small program called the Validator S.A.C (Stand Alone Complex).

Using The Validator

The validator is exactly the same as the website. Once as you load the application up you can then insert your website and it will validate your code as it would normally. Since it runs locally you can drag and drop local files into the URL box. This enables you to validate any code you have on your computer. This feature is not normally available if you use the website service.

It is simple to use. Once as your figure out how to use it you can validate all your pages really easily. One really cool tip is the ability to drag and drop any page onto the Dock icon. This will then load and valid the page. I can end up doing a whole website in a couple of minutes.

Conclusion

To conclude this application is very useful for anyone who is in the design business. It is simple to use, has a couple of different features that are not normally found on the website. I would download just to try it out. Even if you are just writing a simple web page.
